From the day Paddington was discovered on a railway platform in London, he was seldom far from imminent disaster... but it always seemed to turn into hilarious fun.

Paddington buys himself a camera in the market. He decides to take a family group, but has problems with the instructions on how to work the camera. No one expects the picture to be successful, but to everyone's surprise, the result is quite clear.

Paddington was given a torch by Mr. Gruber. He was practicing with it one evening, when he had a shock. Every time he flashed the torch out of the window, he received the same signal back. The light seemed to be coming from Mr. Brown's greenhouse. The next day Paddington decided to test his detective's disguise, but he is immediately recognized by Mrs. Brown. He investigates Mr. Brown's greenhouse and sees a large marrow, which he tests for fingerprints...

Presents further misadventures in England of the bear from "Darkest Peru" in which he takes a driving test, visits a Stately Home, gets a rise, and takes part in a magic act.

Paddington goes to the hospital to visit Mr. Curry and ends up visiting a psychiatrist instead. / On their trip to France Mr. Gruber tells Paddington that they are going to take part in the Tour de France. / The local charity ball is marked by a most unusual dance team rhumba-ing their way to first prize glory in the dance competition.
